The staff were extremely friendly and amazingly nice. The location was comfy, near attractions. The place was a short walk to Skogen Kitchen, where you can have dinner. Truly enjoyed our rooms with a king-size bed.

Favourable position to all the sites in-and-around the Black Hills area except for the Badlands.

The hotel offers neat and reasonably large rooms. The staff are extremely helpful. The location is particularly good in a really quiet area, close to Custer State Park and the main strip. The restaurant attached serves hot food at a reasonable price.

As a budget traveler, I found the location of this hotel to be perfect. It was close to downtown and within walking distance of restaurants and other amenities. The parking situation was also good, which was a plus. The bed in the room was reasonably comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the manager, CJ, who worked with us to amend our reservation when we decided to depart a day early. Another thing I liked was the ability to open the window for fresh air, which was nice.

In terms of home care, there was nothing to complain about.

There was heavy smoke smell in a "smoke free" room that we had to put up with since no other rooms were available.
